Problem Note 55031: Index structure on partition level tables does not match that on DI_DM tables

DetailsAboutRate It

In SAS® Revenue Optimization fact data is stored in partition level tables. The directory structure for the partitions is di_dm/1/partition_id. An empty template for the fact tables can be found in DI_DM. The indexes and integrity constraints found on the partition version of these tables might be different from those found in the DI_DM version.

Differences in the index structure between the partition version and the DI_DM version of tables are to be expected. The DI_DM and partition versions are used for different purposes. The only index required on the partition version of the tables in an index on PROD_HIER_SK. Use the di_etl_repair_data job, documented in the SAS® Revenue Optimization Administrator's Guide, to repair the PROD_HIER_SK index on the partitioned tables if needed.
